Tasks
- Advising corporate, business and real estate clients competently, solution-oriented and in a spirit of partnership
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers, resolving concerns and recognizing needs
- Expansion of the network in the region and expansion of the customer portfolio
- Cross-departmental collaboration, independent work and promotion of cooperation
- Preparation of loan applications for approval in the Credit Office
Requirements
- Solid banking training and completed or ongoing further training in finance / banking
- Proven expertise and experience in corporate credit and mortgage advice
- Negotiation skills in German and strong communication skills in dealing with demanding customers
- Good analytical skills and high understanding of financial ratios
