Customer Service Representative at the Business Customer Outbound Call Center (80–100%)

Tasks

Existing and future customer relationships, whether through phone or digital communication, are of the utmost importance. - You maintain a clear overview of general customer relationships, ensure that our customers’ needs are met, and generate new sales opportunities through outbound outreach. - You proactively reach out to existing customers to understand their needs and conduct targeted conversations with them to create added value for our clientele. - You resolve customer issues, identify appropriate solutions, and advance our front-office and back-office priorities. - You build long-term customer relationships by engaging in active dialogue to identify and address individual concerns.

Requirements

- You have basic training in banking, ideally with experience in the commercial and corporate banking sector. - You enjoy actively approaching customers, are a team player, and demonstrate perseverance in your daily work. - You communicate clearly, comprehensibly, and persuasively—whether on the phone or digitally. - You are a team player with an independent, proactive work style and are open to further training. - You bring a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to quickly identify customer needs and assess them based on the situation.
