Customer Service Representative in the Outbound Center (M/F) 80–100%

BKB is looking for a customer service representative for its outbound center who will schedule appointments with existing customers, build and maintain customer relationships, and implement campaigns. Requirements

  • Experience in telephone customer contact, ideally in outbound telephony
  • Proficiency in German and fluency in French (minimum C1 level required)
  • Having fun selling
  • The ability to delight customers
