Customer consultant in the outbound center (f/m)
BKB is looking for a customer advisor in the outbound center to contact existing customers, build and maintain customer relationships and provide support with complaints. The position offers an open team atmosphere, flexible working hours and development opportunities within the company.

- Timely contacting of existing customers and
- Sales steering of various campaigns
- Building and maintaining customer relationships by telephone
- Keeping a cool head when dealing with complaints
