Customer consultant in the outbound center (f/m)
The position as a customer advisor in the outbound center at BKB involves proactively supporting campaigns, arranging appointments and enthusing customers about the bank's products and services via telephone and digital channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in telephone customer contact and speak fluent German as well as French or Italian.

Requirements
- First experience in telephone customer contact, ideally in outbound telephony
- Confident German and additional fluency in French or Italian (minimum C1 required)
