Customer consultant in the outbound center (f/m)
Basler Kantonalbank is looking for a customer advisor in the outbound center who proactively supports campaigns, arranges appointments and inspires customers for the bank's products and services via telephone and digital channels. The position requires experience in telephone customer contact and good language skills in German, French or Italian.
