Customer Service Representative for Individual International Clients (Germany)

Your new job

As an Individual International Client Advisor (Germany), you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Provide comprehensive, needs-based advice to individual customers residing in Germany
• Proactively manage and further develop your own guest book
• Customer engagement and proactive, needs-based sales, advisory services, and cross-selling in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Promote cross-segment collaboration to systematically tap into customer potential

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who:

• At least three years of professional experience as a consultant with your own client portfolio, ideally consisting of clients in Germany
• Very good knowledge of investments and good knowledge of retirement planning
• Enjoy interacting with people and have the ability to inspire customers
• An interest in learning new things and coming up with solutions
• Stylistically Sound German
