Job description

As a Customer Advisor Individual Thun, you will be the first point of contact for our individual customers and will support them in all their banking transactions. You will be the contact person for our customers and will be responsible for advising them and promoting the sale of banking products and services.

Tasks

• Customer and financial advisor in the areas of payment transactions, pensions, investments, and financing—independent and customer-oriented
• Maintain and expand your own customer relationships
• You advise and support our bank's customers in the US and abroad.
• Support with administrative tasks
