Customer Advisor Individual Thun (m/f), 80-100%. We offer you the opportunity to manage your own customer advisory service in the Individual division. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding your customer relationships, creating customized offers and presentations, and continuously developing these further. You will act as the interface between customers and our internal specialist departments.

Tasks

• Customer and relationship management: You are responsible for maintaining and expanding your customer relationships.
• Quotation preparation and presentations: You will prepare individual quotations and presentations and continuously develop them further.
• Interface between customers and specialist departments: You are the link between our customers and our internal specialist departments.

Requirements

• You have completed training in sales/retail, ideally with experience in the B2B sector.
• You have strong communication and presentation skills and are very sociable.
• You are a team player, reliable, and have strong problem-solving skills.
