Job description

The position of Individual Customer Service Representative is a full-time role (80–100% of full-time hours). As a service-oriented and knowledgeable professional, you will inspire customers with personalized advice.

Tasks

The tasks include:
  • Systematic assessment of needs and external potential
  • Referral to internal specialist teams
  • Acquisition of new customers, participation in customer events incl. networking

Requirements

The requirements for the position are:
  • Extensive knowledge of the financial services sector, ideally in private banking or a similar role
  • A college degree, preferably in business administration or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, at the highest level and in German
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong commitment to customer service
  • A strong willingness to learn, flexibility, and the ability to handle pressure, as well as strong teamwork and collaboration skills
