The position of Individual Customer Service Representative is a full-time role (80–100% of full-time hours). As a service-oriented and knowledgeable professional, you will inspire customers with personalized advice.Tasks
The tasks include:- Systematic assessment of needs and external potential
- Referral to internal specialist teams
- Acquisition of new customers, participation in customer events incl. networking
Requirements
The requirements for the position are:- Extensive knowledge of the financial services sector, ideally in private banking or a similar role
- A college degree, preferably in business administration or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, at the highest level and in German
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong commitment to customer service
- A strong willingness to learn, flexibility, and the ability to handle pressure, as well as strong teamwork and collaboration skills
