Hypothekarbank Lenzburg is seeking a service-oriented and competent individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor for Individual Clients in Niederlenz, where you will support our dedicated team and provide personalized advice to delight our clients. The role involves systematically identifying client needs, coordinating with internal specialist teams, and acquiring new clients.

Job description

The position of Individual Customer Service Representative is a full-time role (80–100% of full-time hours). As a service-oriented and knowledgeable professional, you will inspire customers with personalized advice.

Tasks

The tasks include:
  • Systematic assessment of needs and external potential
  • Referral to internal specialist teams
  • Acquisition of new customers, participation in customer events incl. networking

Requirements

The requirements for this position are:
  • Completed vocational training in a banking-related field or a degree in business
  • Experience in customer service and sales, ideally in the banking sector (though not required)
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Excellent command of German, very good command of English (spoken and written)
  • High-level expertise in service and consulting, combined with an open and empathetic manner
