Job description
Client advisor for individual clients/investment advice 80-100%Tasks
- Independent support and further development of a personal customer portfolio with a focus on customer needs and long-term customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Targeted 360° advisor analysis and development of customized financial solutions across the entire customer life cycle
- Competent provision of comprehensive financial advice, in particular advisory services, from the assessment of needs and requirements to advice and specialist knowledge
- Targeted exploitation of customer potential through active value-oriented measures in the areas of investments, financing and pensions
- Coordination with internal and external partners (e.g. experts for investments, financial planning, estate planning) to ensure comprehensive client support
Requirements
- Bank training and SAQ certification
- Several years of experience in supporting wealthy private clients
- Customer and sales-oriented thinking and acting
- Quick comprehension, flexibility, initiative and winning performance
