As a customer service representative and assistant store manager in Solothurn (m/f) working 80–100% of full-time hours, you’ll be part of a team with a great sense of humor and a passion for their work. Tasks

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer- and solution-oriented advice to clients in the areas of payment services, credit and investment products, as well as retirement planning and financial planning products
• Leadership, coordination, and support of the customer service team
• Proactive and independent development of new client relationships
• Processing correspondence
