Client Advisor for KESB Clients (50–100%)
Hypothekarbank Lenzburg is seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a client advisor specializing in relationships with the KESB, where you will play a key role in supporting the company. This position offers meaningful work with social impact and responsibilities in a modern work environment.
Tasks:
- Ensuring that all banking transactions are processed correctly and in compliance with the law
- Assistance with administrative tasks related to guardianships (e.g., payment transactions)
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in banking or in the social services/healthcare sector
- Experience in customer service, preferably with KESB clients
- A solid understanding of the relevant legal framework, or a strong interest in quickly acquiring this knowledge, particularly in the area of inheritance law
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and discretion
- A structured, precise, and highly reliable approach to work
