Client Advisor for KESB Clients (50–100%)
Hypothekarbank Lenzburg is seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to serve as a client advisor specializing in relationships with the KESB, who has completed commercial training and has experience in client advisory services. The position offers meaningful work with social impact, responsibilities, and opportunities for professional development in a modern and professional work environment.
Tasks
- Ensuring that all banking transactions are processed correctly and in compliance with the law
- Assistance with administrative tasks related to guardianships (e.g., payment transactions)
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in banking or in the social services/healthcare sector
- Experience in customer service, preferably with KESB clients
- A solid understanding of the relevant legal framework, or a strong interest in quickly acquiring this knowledge, particularly in the areas of inheritance law and guardianship law
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and discretion
- A structured, precise, and highly reliable approach to work
