CUSTOMER ADVISOR FINANCING (80 -100%)Your tasks
- Personal support and long-term assistance for demanding customers from an existing portfolio
- Active expansion of the network and targeted acquisition of new customers
- Comprehensive advice and expert support for our clients in all real estate matters: financing, purchase/sale, taxes, subsequent renovations or refurbishments
- Comprehensive needs analysis in "asset, pension and financial planning - in close cooperation with our specialists
Your requirements
- Strong advisory skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Entrepreneurial thinking, results orientation and a willingness to take on responsibility
- Sufficient basic and advanced training (e.g. HWV, IWP, CFA, DMS or MAS, completed or ongoing)
- Personally, you impress with your openness, team spirit and creative flair
