Tasks

• You will manage and serve your own portfolio of investment and mortgage clients.
• You will advise clients on building their wealth.
• You will assist our individual customers with their banking transactions.
• You will help build relationships with existing customers and meet with the relevant decision-makers.
• You build a focused, engaging relationship with people and make it clear that service and customer focus are our top priorities.
• You keep an eye on current market trends.
• You identify trends and developments early on for our customers.

Skills and Experience

• You have completed a business apprenticeship or hold a bachelor's degree in business administration.
• You have five years of professional experience in the financial industry, including at least three years in client advisory services.
• Enjoys interacting with people.
• Your passion for customers who are mobile both professionally and personally.
• Please bring the interactive discussion guide with you.
• You have a degree in German language and literature.
• You work with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and other common tools on a daily basis.
• You bring initiative, loyalty, and team spirit to the table.
• A good understanding of various investment instruments (stocks, bonds, mortgages, index funds, life insurance policies).
• Your customer focus matters more to us than anything else.
• When it comes to direct customer contact, you're on the front lines.
