Tasks

Your responsibilities will include, in particular:

• Responding to customer inquiries by phone and in writing.
• Assisting customers with the use of our digital services (e-banking, mobile app, Twint, etc.).
• Identifying customer needs, offering appropriate solutions, or referring more complex issues to internal specialists.
• Advice and sales of our basic banking products (accounts, cards, etc.).
• Close collaboration with internal teams in an environment characterized by helpfulness, respect, and professionalism.

Your profile

* Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation. * Native German or French speaker with good knowledge of the other language; any additional languages are a plus. * Enjoy working with customers over the phone, ideally with some experience in customer service, sales, or banking. * Proficiency with digital tools and common banking products. * Ability to use multiple applications and communication tools simultaneously. * Team spirit, reliability, and attention to detail—even during busy periods.
