Your profile
- Banking apprenticeship
- Several years of experience in (telephone) customer service
- You have the ability to recognize customer potential and enjoy finding suitable solutions.
- Your affinity for technology and multitasking skills will impress us.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in German
- Good spoken Italian, French, or Spanish skills—any additional languages are an advantage
