• Systematic identification of needs and exploitation of customer potential

Your profile

• Banking apprenticeship
• First experience in (telephone) customer service
• With your affinity for technology and your ability to multitask, you are convincing
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in German
• Good oral knowledge of English, Italian or Spanish - any other language is an advantage
