- Providing telephone advice to our customers on all services and basic banking products
- Systematic exploration of needs and exploitation of customer potential
- Identifying opportunities for optimization in processes and services, and triaging them to the appropriate departments
- Serving our customers with dedication and passion
- Demonstrating empathy and kindness on a daily basis
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in (telephone) customer service
- The ability to recognize customer potential and proactively find suitable solutions
- Technical aptitude and strong multitasking skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in German
- Foreign languages such as Italian, French, or Spanish are an advantage.
