Your tasks

  • Providing telephone advice to our customers on all services and basic banking products
  • Systematic exploration of needs and exploitation of customer potential
  • Identifying opportunities for optimization in processes and services, and triaging them to the appropriate departments
  • Serving our customers with dedication and passion
  • Demonstrating empathy and kindness on a daily basis

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training
  • Experience in (telephone) customer service
  • The ability to recognize customer potential and proactively find suitable solutions
  • Technical aptitude and strong multitasking skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in German
  • Foreign languages such as Italian, French, or Spanish are an advantage.
