Senior Loan Syndications Account Manager

Your tasks

• Supporting and helping to structure syndicated loan financings (acquisition, pre-deal, due diligence, closing, and monitoring phases)
• Advising clients on (consortium) structuring projects, whether involving commercial financing or project-based grants
• Responsible management of completed financing transactions as a client
• Active Network Maintenance with Consortium Partners
• Management of the Operational Process for Implementing Financing Structures Among Consortium Partners

Your profile

• Completed business degree (university, university of applied sciences, or similar)
• In-depth commercial financial knowledge and credit due diligence skills (experience with major clients and/or loan syndications/agency work is a plus)
• Transaction management in the syndicated loans market (experience with domestic and foreign syndication recipients and/or Loan-Daily syndication is a plus)
• A dynamic personality with a quick grasp of things and a strong need for autonomy
• Strong communication and conceptual skills
• Strong ability to get things done, self-motivation, resilience, and a commitment to the job
• A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail in the agency role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of German and English; French is a plus
• A positive personality with team player qualities
