Tasks

  • Ensuring smooth and customer-oriented operations at the Welcome Desk as well as efficient and needs-based service and advice in the customer zone (20 customers/day)
  • Ensuring simple, standardized advice on payments, savings, investments and pensions
  • Development of needs-based solutions taking into account the customer's life situation and within the scope of the segment-specific / customer-specific product range
  • Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
  • Collaboration in target group-specific market development measures, in particular campaigns

Requirements

  • Completed banking training or comparable training with several years of experience in the banking business
  • Team player with development potential
  • Independent, precise and responsible way of working
  • Enthusiastic and sales-oriented personality with a certain demeanor
