Customer advisor with additional responsibilities in assisting individual and investment clients

Tasks

• Expansion of the existing customer base through high-quality consulting
• Support and acquisition of new and existing customers in the area of individual and investment clients
• Support for our individual and/or corporate clients in administrative matters
• Support in the preparation and handling of internal and external issues (e.g., currency exchange, compliance)
• Support in handling administrative and back-office tasks
• secretarial duties

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Experience in banking or finance, ideally in the area of individual and investment clients
• Very good communication and analytical skills
• Excellent MS Office and PC skills
• High learning and adaptability skills, combined with an independent and proactive approach to work
• Excellent knowledge of German (native speaker or equivalent)
