The position involves serving and advising customers and expanding the customer base through the targeted acquisition of new customers.

Customer consultant (m/f/d) 80 - 100%Tasks
- Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and consistent management of the customer portfolio
- Ensuring simple, standardized advice on payments, savings/investing and pensions
- Creation of needs-based solutions taking into account the customer's life situation and within the scope of the segment-specific / customer-specific product range
- Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
- Collaboration in target group-specific market development measures, in particular contact campaigns
- as well as efficient and needs-based service and advice in the customer zone (incl. customer response)
