- Support for domestic and foreign retail clients, primarily in German-speaking countries
- Sale of standardized investment products (funds/salaries) and investment advice (banking, financial and economic issues)
- Maintenance and monitoring of existing customer positions
- Participation in customer visits
- Collaboration in projects for the ongoing optimization of processes and on the e-banking hotline
Your profile
- Completed commercial vocational training in the banking sector or comparable commercial training
- Professional experience in third party customer service and consulting
- Well-groomed and confident appearance and good manners
- Sociability and a strong understanding of service
