Requirements

• Basic or advanced training in banking or business administration (UFA, HWV, or HFP).
• Extensive experience in establishing, expanding, and developing customer relationships in international markets and financial technology
• With your conscientious, communicative nature and strong interpersonal skills, you quickly identify customer service representatives and handle even challenging, complex conversations with confidence.
• As a customer-focused, proactive individual, you’ll impress with your in-depth expertise and confident, professional demeanor
• Teamwork is a top priority for you: You contribute as a team player even in a successful and well-established environment.
• A strong understanding of regional and local market conditions rounds out the profile.
