Customer advisor personal loan
The position of customer advisor for personal loans at BANK-now in Olten involves advising customers, identifying sales opportunities and checking loan applications. The position requires a banking apprenticeship or commercial degree, professional experience in advising and a strong customer and service orientation.
The role

What we wish for

- At least 2 years of professional experience in consulting
- Knowledge of the credit and/or leasing business is an advantage
- High degree of flexibility and strong customer and service orientation
- Enthusiasm and openness for customer acquisition
- Independent, precise work and the ability to set priorities
- Confident German and good oral Italian skills
