Tasks

• Exploring customer needs, taking into account individual wishes, goals, and life situations—in collaboration with internal specialists as needed
• Selling standardized products and services in the areas of financial transactions, investments, pensions and real estate financing
• Performing demanding representation tasks and participating in customer events
• Opportunity to take on training responsibilities or a specialist role in the areas of finance, investments, or pensions
• Participation and collaboration in internal projects

Requirements

• Banking training or equivalent training
• Completed further training e.g. FA Financial Planner / Bachelor in Banking & Finance etc.
• Experience in serving wealthy private clients and solid financial knowledge are advantageous
• Affinity for and enjoyment of using digital technologies in the advisory process
• You score points with your ability to work in a team, openness and willingness to change
• Your empathetic, authentic and emotional manner leads to an emotional customer experience in all situations
