- Independent processing of cashless transactions at the open counter
- Advising new and existing customers on our basic products and services and digital payment methods
- Recognizing and addressing potential customer needs and forwarding them to specialist departments
- Proactive approach to market development activities and campaigns
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, preferably with banking experience
- Pleasure in contact with customers and noticeable customer and service orientation
- Confident and winning demeanor and well-groomed appearance
- High quality awareness, commitment, team orientation and sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, Finna an advantage
