Client advisor:in private clients with location responsibility

Tasks

• Ensures an inspiring customer experience as a brand ambassador and is the first competent point of contact for all customer questions
• Provides support on digital channels, accompanies and empowers customers to self-service and offers comprehensive service and advice
• Contributes to customer acquisition, potential identification, customer development and customer representation
• Accompanies our apprentices in the role of practical trainer
• Conducts feedback discussions with employees at the location on operational (specialist) topics as well as communication and presentation skills at the location
• Ensures the operational implementation of sales management
• Performs regulatory tasks and ensures the implementation of directives
• Coordinates customer appointments at the location and ensures capacity utilization in the team

Requirements

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Several years of experience in advising and selling financial and basic products
• Enjoyment of active customer advice & affinity for digital channels
• Your communicative, trustworthy manner and confident demeanor will benefit you in customer contact
• You score points with your high acquisition, sales and service orientation
