Customer Advisor: Private Clients, Personal Banking
As a customer advisor for private clients at the personnel bank in Zurich, you will be responsible for independently supporting and advising clients and assisting them with their financial needs. You will have completed a commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training and have experience in advising on and selling basic financial products.
Your tasks
- Independently supporting and accompanying our customers—active and retired employees, including partners
- Comprehensive advice on accounts and cards, investments, and retirement planning
- Actively identifying and communicating further customer needs
- Responding to all inquiries about our basic services by telephone or in person
Your profile
- Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training with relevant professional experience
- Experience in advising and selling basic financial products
- Affinity for digital channels
- Enjoyment of active customer service and a focus on sales and service
- Excellent manners, confident demeanor, and trustworthy personality
