Tasks

• Approaching our customers in the reception area, recognizing their potential and identifying their needs
• Arranging appointments by telephone and conducting holistic consultations
• Beraten von Privatkunden und Privatkunden in den Bereichen Zahlen (Konto- und Kartensortiment), Sparen, Anlegen und Vorsorge
• Accompanying our customers into the digital world
• Acquiring new customers and recognizing and communicating further customer needs

Requirements

• Completed commercial education or equivalent training
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung und im Verkauf von Finanz-Basisprodukten von Vorteil
