Job description
Your tasks
- Kundenbetreuung; sparen, anlegen und Vorsorge
- Accompanying our customers into the digital world
- Acquiring new customers and new clients as well as recognizing and communicating further customer needs
- Abwickeln von Bargeldverkehr, Geldwechsel und Edelmetallgeschäften sowie Bewirtschaften von Bancomaten, Recyclern und Safe-Anlagen
- Option to take on the role of practice trainer
Your profile
- Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training with sound professional experience
- Longer experience in advising and selling basic financial products
- Enthusiasm for active customer advice and a strong affinity for digital channels
- Hohe Flexibilität, innerhalb von drei Arbeitsmodellen zu arbeiten, sowie Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Samstags-einsätzen
- Your communicative, trustworthy personality and confident manner are convincing in customer contact
- You are characterized by a strong acquisition, sales and service orientation
