Zürcher Kantonalbank is looking for a Client Advisor (80-100%) for its branches in Winterthur and Stettbach to provide top advice to clients and build lasting client relationships. The position includes client advisory, sales and administrative tasks.

Your tasks
- Customer advice; saving, investing and pensions
- Accompanying our customers into the digital world
- Acquiring new customers and new clients as well as recognizing and communicating further customer needs
- Processing of cash transactions, currency exchange and precious metal transactions as well as management of balancing machines, recyclers and safe facilities
- Option to take on the role of practice trainer
Your profile
- Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training with sound professional experience
- Many years of experience in advising and selling basic financial products
- Enthusiasm for active customer advice and a strong affinity for digital channels
- High flexibility to work within three working models and willingness to regularly work on Saturdays
- Your communicative, trustworthy personality and confident manner are convincing in customer contact
- You are characterized by a strong acquisition, sales and service orientation
