Zürcher Kantonalbank is seeking an experienced client advisor for private clients in Adliswil to provide comprehensive financial advice and attract new clients. The position also involves day-to-day banking operations and requires a completed banking apprenticeship as well as several years of professional experience in sales.
Your tasks
- Inspiring Our Customers to Embrace the Digital World
- Conducting comprehensive consultations on financial solutions and products related to budgeting, saving, investing, and retirement planning
- Attracting new customers and identifying and addressing additional customer needs
- Processing cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metal transactions, as well as managing safe deposit boxes
- Planning or Taking on the Role of a Clinical Instructor
Your profile
- Completed commercial banking apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent training offered by CYP or other recognized institutions
- Several years of professional experience in advising clients and selling financial and basic products at a bank
- Enjoy actively advising customers and have an affinity for digital channels
- Confident demeanor when interacting with customers, thanks to a communicative and trustworthy manner
- Strong focus on customer acquisition, sales, and service
- Support flexibility at other locations
