Customer Service Representative for Personal Banking Clients

Tasks

• Conducting comprehensive consultations with individual clients on budgeting, saving, investing, and retirement planning
• Accompanying our customers into the digital world
• Acquiring new customers and recognizing and communicating further customer needs
• Processing cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metals transactions, as well as managing ATMs, cash recyclers, and safe deposit boxes
• Assuming the role of deputy team leader in the customer lobby, responsible for organization, security, processing sales orders, and training staff
• Option to serve as a clinical instructor

Requirements

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent banking training, such as that offered by CYP or other recognized institutions
• At least 4 years of practical work experience in advising clients and selling financial and basic products at a bank
• Enjoy actively advising customers and have an affinity for digital channels
• Communicative, trustworthy manner and a confident demeanor when interacting with customers
• High acquisition, sales and service orientation
