Tasks

• Welcoming our customers at the reception desk
• Identifying needs while taking individual preferences and goals into account, and recognizing potential
• Accompanying our customers into the digital world
• Advising female and individual customers on managing finances, saving, investing, and retirement planning
• Conducting comprehensive consultations on financial solutions and basic products
• Attracting new customers and identifying and addressing customers' broader needs
• Cash Transactions, Currency Exchange, and Precious Metals Transactions
• Consulting on industry products: precious metal and collector coins, as well as the management of ATMs, recycling machines, and safe deposit boxes
• Option to serve as a clinical instructor

Requirements

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training, such as that offered by CYP or other recognized institutions
• Several years of experience in consulting and sales of financial products
• Enjoy actively advising customers and have an affinity for digital channels
• High flexibility and ability to work well with others
• Confident demeanor when interacting with customers, thanks to a communicative and trustworthy manner
• Strong focus on sales and customer service
