Your tasks

• Advising private customers in the areas of payments (account and card range), savings, investments and pensions
• Accompanying customers into the digital world
• Recognizing and communicating further customer needs
• Acquiring new customers, recognizing and exploiting potential
• Establishment of cash transactions, currency exchange and precious metal transactions
• Managing the bancromats
• Temporary help in other teams if required

Your profile

• Commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Experience in advising and selling basic financial products
• Enjoy actively advising customers
• Affinity for digital channels
• Communicative and a team player
• High acquisition, sales and service orientation
• Flexibility and willingness to take on deputies at other locations
