Zürcher Kantonalbank is seeking a client advisor for private clients in Dietikon, Alstetten, or Schlieren to provide comprehensive financial advice and attract new clients. For this full-time or part-time position, a completed banking apprenticeship and several years of professional experience in sales and client advising are required.
Your tasks
- Guiding Our Customers into the Digital World
- Conducting comprehensive consultations on financial services and products related to budgeting, saving, investing, and retirement planning
- Attracting new customers and identifying and addressing additional customer needs
- Processing cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metals transactions, as well as managing safe deposit boxes
- Option to serve as a clinical instructor
Your profile
- Completed commercial banking apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent training offered by CoF or other recognized institutions
- Several years of professional experience in consulting and sales of banking products
- Confident Interaction with Customers Through a Communicative Approach
- Enjoy actively advising customers and have an affinity for digital channels
- Strong focus on business development, sales, and customer service
- Flexibility to provide support at other locations
