- Advising private customers in the areas of payments (account and card range), savings, investments and pensions
- Accompanying customers into the digital world
- Recognizing and communicating further customer needs
- Acquiring new customers, recognizing and exploiting potential
- Processing of cash transactions, currency exchange and precious metal transactions
- Managing the bancromats
- Temporary help in other teams if required
Your profile
- Commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
- Experience in advising and selling basic financial products
- Enjoy actively advising customers
- Affinity for digital channels
- Communicative and a team player
- High acquisition, sales and service orientation
- Flexibility and willingness to take on deputies at other locations
