Client Advisor Private Clients 80% -100% | Sales and Client Advice | Dübendorf | Experienced professionals

Tasks

• Advising private clients in the areas of payments, savings, investments and pensions
• Accompanying our customers into the digital world
• Arranging appointments and conducting holistic consultations
• Acquiring new customers and recognizing and communicating further customer needs
• Processing cash transactions, currency exchange and precious metal transactions as well as managing ATMs, recyclers and safe facilities
• Opportunity to take on the role of practical trainer

Requirements

• Completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Professional experience (2 years) in advising and selling basic financial products
• Enjoy actively advising customers and have an affinity for digital channels
• Flexibility and willingness to rotate jobs in the Dübendorf, Volksiwil and Fehraltorf branches
• Your communicative, trustworthy manner and confident demeanor are appreciated
• You score points with your high acquisition, sales and service orientation
