Client Advisor Private Clients 80% - 100% | Sales and Client Advice | Effretikon | Experienced professionals

Tasks

• Advising private clients in the areas of payments, savings, investments and pensions
• Accompanying our customers into the digital world
• Arranging appointments and conducting holistic consultations
• Acquiring new customers and recognizing and communicating further customer needs
• Processing cash transactions, currency exchange and precious metal transactions as well as managing ATMs, recyclers and safe facilities
• Option to take on the role of practice trainer

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training with solid professional experience
• Many years of experience in advising and selling basic financial products
• Enthusiasm for active customer advice and a strong affinity for digital channels
• High flexibility and an independent way of working
• A communicative, trustworthy personality and a confident manner are convincing in customer contact.
• You are characterized by a strong acquisition, sales and service orientation
