Customer advisor for private customers 80% -100% | Sales and customer advice | Effretikon | Experienced professionals

Tasks

• Approaching our customers in the reception area, recognizing their potential and identifying their needs
• Systematic exploration of customer needs, taking into account individual wishes, goals and life situations
• Advising private customers and companies in the areas of payments (account and card range), savings, investments and pensions
• Accompanying our customers into the digital world
• Acquiring new customers and recognizing and communicating further customer needs
• Processing of cash transactions, currency exchange and precious metal transactions as well as management of building terminals, recyclers and safe systems
• Option to take on the role of practice instructor or practice trainer

Requirements

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training with sound professional experience
• Many years of experience in advising and selling basic financial products
• Enthusiasm for active customer advice and a strong affinity for digital channels
• Your communicative, trustworthy personality and confident manner are convincing in customer contact
• You are characterized by a strong acquisition, sales and service orientation
