Customer Advisor: Private Customers 80% - 100% | Sales and Customer Service | Hinwil | Experienced

Tasks

• Location responsibility for the Hinwil branch
• Welcoming our customers in the customer hall
• Determining needs, taking into account individual wishes and goals and recognizing potential
• Advising private clients in the areas of payments, savings, investments and pensions
• Accompanying our customers into the digital world
• Arranging appointments and conducting holistic consultations
• Acquiring new customers and recognizing and communicating further customer needs
• Processing cash transactions, currency exchange and precious metal transactions as well as managing ATMs, recyclers and safe facilities
• Activity as a practical trainer

Requirements

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
• At least 3 years of experience in advising on and selling basic financial products
• Enjoy actively advising customers and have an affinity for digital channels
• Your communicative, trustworthy manner and confident demeanor are appreciated
• You work independently and enjoy taking on responsibility.
• You score points with your high acquisition, sales and service orientation
