Customer Advisor: Private Customers 80% - 100% | Sales and Customer Service | Hombrechtikon | Experienced Professionals

Tasks

• Determining needs, taking into account individual wishes and goals and recognizing potential
• Advising private clients on payments, savings, investments, and retirement planning
• Accompanying our customers into the digital world
• Arranging appointments and conducting holistic consultations
• Acquiring new customers and recognizing and communicating further customer needs
• Handling cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metal transactions, as well as managing buildings, renovations, recycling, and safe facilities
• Option to take on the role of practical trainer

Requirements

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Several years of practical experience in advising on and selling financial and basic products
• Enjoy actively advising customers and have an affinity for digital channels
• Your communicative, trustworthy manner and confident demeanor will benefit you in customer contact
• You score points with your high acquisition, sales and service orientation
• Support flexibility at other locations
