• Arranging appointments and conducting holistic consultations
• Acquiring new customers and recognizing and communicating further customer needs
• Handling cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metal transactions, as well as managing buildings, recyclers, and safe deposit facilities
• Option to take on the role of practice trainer

Your profile

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent banking training
• Several years of practical experience in advising on and selling financial and basic products
• Enjoy actively advising customers and have an affinity for digital channels
• A communicative, trustworthy manner and confident demeanor will serve you well when dealing with customers.
• You score points with your strong focus on acquisition, sales, and service.
• Supporting flexibility at other locations
