Customer Advisor: Private Customers 80% - 100% | Sales and Customer Service | Turbenthal | Experienced Professionals

Tasks

• Determining needs, taking into account individual wishes and goals and recognizing potential
• Advising private clients and private customers on payments, savings, investments, and retirement planning
• Accompanying our customers into the digital world
• Arranging appointments and conducting holistic consultations
• Acquiring new customers and identifying and communicating further customer needs
• Handling cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metal transactions, as well as managing balance machines, recyclers, and safe deposit facilities
• Option to take on the role of practical trainer

Requirements

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training with sound professional experience
• Many years of experience in advising and selling basic financial products
• Enthusiasm for active customer advice and a strong affinity for digital channels
• High flexibility and an independent way of working
• A communicative, trustworthy personality and your confident manner are convincing in customer contact.
• You are characterized by a strong acquisition, sales and service orientation
