Customer Advisor: Private Customers, 80% - 100% | Sales and Customer Service | Uster | Experienced

Tasks

• Advising private clients in the areas of payments, savings, investments and pensions
• Accompanying our customers into the digital world
• Arranging appointments and conducting holistic consultations
• Acquiring new customers and recognizing and communicating further customer needs
• Handling cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metal transactions, as well as managing cash, recycling, and safe deposit facilities
• Option to take on the role of practice trainer

Requirements

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent banking training
• Several years of practical experience in advising on and selling financial and basic products
• Enjoy actively advising customers and have an affinity for digital channels
• Communicative, trustworthy manner and confident demeanor
• High acquisition, sales and service orientation
• Support flexibility at other locations
