Customer Service Representative for Personal Banking Clients
Zürcher Kantonalbank is seeking a client advisor for private clients (80–100%) in Wetzikon who, with a completed banking training program and professional experience in advisory services, will acquire new clients and manage existing ones. The position involves the sale of financial products, cash transactions, and the opportunity to serve as a practical trainer.
Tasks
- Identifying needs by taking into account the individual preferences and financial goals of female and individual clients in the areas of banking, savings, investing, and retirement planning
- Attracting new customers and identifying and addressing customers' additional needs
- Processing cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metals transactions
- Option to serve as a clinical instructor
Requirements
- Completed commercial banking apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent banking training, such as that offered by CYP or other recognized institutions
- Work experience in advising clients and selling financial and banking products
- Enjoy actively advising customers and have an affinity for digital channels
- Confident demeanor when interacting with customers, characterized by a communicative and trustworthy manner
- Strong focus on business development, sales, and customer service
- Flexibility to provide support at other locations
